WHEN:

October 25 (evening only), October 26 (all day)

COST: 

$300 Per Robot (until 9/20 after that $350.00)

$400 Per Robot with field-side pit (until 9/20 after that $450.00)

$75 Savings for any team that provides 8+ student volunteers & 1+ adult volunteer (full event volunteers) 

FOOD:

Concessions will be open each day of the event. Chips, beverages, cookies and other snacks will be available at all times. Pizza and nachos will be available from 11:30 AM - 3 PM. There will be a pre-ordered catered lunch available on Saturday (Chicken Shack- $6.00 per meal).

PARTICIPANT OBLIGATION:

Each registered robot must have 1 full-time volunteer for the event (Friday-Sunday).

NEVADA PARTNERSHIP FOR HOMELESS YOUTH: 

Homelessness among youth is a growing crisis in the Las Vegas Valley. For over 18 years, the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth (NPHY) has provided Southern Nevada’s homeless youth with help, hope, and the support needed to rebuild their lives.

Each participating team is encouraged to supply in-kind donations of supplies to NPHY, such as $10 gift cards to restaurants and grocery stores & hygiene supplies. 

Each donation ($10 value) will earn a ticket which will be entered into a drawing for a $50 Home Depot Gift Card!

PARKING

Free parking is available for all vehicles, including trucks with trailers and busses. Load in through the main gate for fastest access to pits. For teams that have requested field-side pits, load in through gates nearest football field.

KEEP OUR SCHOOL GREEN & CLEAN

Event planners 7424, 7426, and all of the event volunteers would appreciate your help in keeping the campus clean. Please dispose of your garbage in the designated recepticles, and restrict dining to the outdoor areas and the cafeteria.
